Plan Markup is built to be driven from the keyboard: left hand on the keys, right hand on
the mouse, and a plan set goes by fast. These are the current shortcuts in both the Mac app
and the browser app.

Search reads the PDF’s own text layer, so it works on drawings produced from CAD and does
not work on scanned images. See
Limitations and roadmap .
Tip
The combination that pays off fastest: number keys to arm a
tool chest preset , M for a quick length check, Space to
pan without leaving your tool, and ⌘Z without fear. Everything is undoable and nothing
touches the original PDF.
